Join us for our child friendly Bicester Networking meeting for Business Mums. In October we are excited to welcome Debbie Brown, Tropic Ambassador, who will be offering us 30 minutes of Self-Care.
Debbie says:When life and work are busy, self-care is often one of the first things to slip down the list. And, as someone running two businesses alongside raising four children, the irony of me facilitating a session on making time for yourself isn’t entirely lost on me! 😂
So this is simply 30 minutes to stop, reset and do something for you. We’ll hear the story behind Tropic in a slightly less conventional way, before getting hands-on with the products and enjoying some guided pampering. There’ll be the option of a mini facial for anyone happy to take their make-up off (absolutely not compulsory!), plenty to try and a little prize up for grabs too.
Because taking a little time for ourselves isn’t time away from our businesses – sometimes it’s exactly what allows us to go back to them with a bit more energy, clarity and capacity.”
