021 Positive Mental Fitness with Jackie Meek

Today’s episode is an interview with Jackie Meek. Jackie helps frazzled mums make time for themselves by creating sustainable mindset habits to bring resilience, calmness and laser focused action. She equips mums to reduce the emotional roller coaster, minimise negative chatter and worry less. Jackie set up her business in 2016 and is a qualified Life Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She has a passion to come alongside mums, particularly having a difficult birthing story, having experienced giving birth extremely prematurely, loss of a baby, postpartum psychosis and post natal depression. You can work with Jackie on a 1:1 basis either face to face in Oxfordshire or via Zoom or through her group coaching programme, The Mum Boardroom, an oasis for busy mums to focus on challenges in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Jackie also facilitates a 6 week online Positive Mental Fitness Bootcamp once a term equipping mums to build their mental fitness so they can face life’s challenges resourcefully.
I spoke to Jackie about some of the challenges that she has faced which brought her into her journey as a coach, and she shared some insights with me as to how she how she works with Mums to boss the Mum Juggle. And of course some book recommendations (see list below).
