In this episode, Kate talks about the Why behind your Business. Why it is so important to know why you want the business that you do, and why you want to make it successful.
For many Mums, their Why revolves around flexibility to work whilst being available for their children. A why could be based around wanting to change something within your lifestyle, your family situation, or being a role model to your children.
Having a strong Why will drive your business forward when times are tough, and gives you purpose and direction within your business.
Kate also discusses her own experience of imposter syndrome, and how having a strong why drives you to keep getting back up when you have been knocked down.
Sometimes in business, our why can shift as we learn and change, and Kate talks about why supporting Mums in Business has become so important and meaningful to her.
